Therapy Productivity - PT OT ("the app") is published by Youlongtang. This policy explains what the app does with your data.
Facility profiles, shifts, treatment minutes, session types, CPT codes and notes you add are stored only on your device, in the app's local database. They are included in the standard iOS device backup if you have backups enabled. The app never uploads them to us. The app has no field for patient names or other patient identifiers, and asks you not to put them in notes. When you export a CSV, the file goes only to the destination you choose in the iOS share sheet.
The app uses Google Firebase Analytics to count anonymous usage events (app opens, screens viewed, paywall views, purchases, refunds, and a shift-closed event that carries only the number of entries and a 10-point productivity band). These events contain no minutes, codes, notes or profile names. Firebase may collect device identifiers and approximate location derived from IP address as described in Google's privacy policy.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment details.
Delete any shift, entry or profile from inside the app. Deleting the app deletes all local data.
