Crane Load Chart - Lift Plan ("the app") is published by Youlongtang. This policy explains what the app does with your data.
Cranes, load charts, chart photos, lift records, site and job details, notes and photos you add are stored only on your device, in the app's local database. They are included in the standard iOS device backup if you have backups enabled. The app never uploads them to us. When you share a lift plan, the image or PDF goes only to the destination you choose in the iOS share sheet.
The app uses Google Firebase Analytics to count anonymous usage events (app opens, screens viewed, paywall views, purchases, refunds). These events contain no chart values, lift data, site information or photos. Firebase may collect device identifiers and approximate location derived from IP address as described in Google's privacy policy.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment details.
Delete any crane, chart or lift from inside the app. Deleting the app deletes all local data.
